GUIDE LINES FOR DANCERS This is a free form dance space. We offer facilitation that invites embodiment and greater connection. Primarily this is a music lead dance space, that allows each dancer to explore, express and experiment with their own unique dance. The teacher can not offer one to one support in the space, so anyone needing additional support must come with a support person. - These guide lines are for everyone so that we create a safe and respectful space to drop into the fullness of our own dance. - No talking on the dance floor. Let your conversations happen through dance - Respectful connection with others. We all have different edges with personal space and boundaries. Be sensitive. - Please leave your phones in your bag and refrain from shazaming during the class. You can always ask us at the end of the class for tracks you have enjoyed. - No out door shoes on the dance floor. Barefoot and soft soled dance shoes. - Wear clothes that you can move in & bring water to drink.
If you have any concerns before the class, please email myself or Jo or talk to the person on the front desk.
