Golden Thread - to live an authentic life and live well, one needs to address 2 sides of oneself. The inner self with a cosmology connected to the infinite, the great mystery, the unknown and all our potential that emerges into life. Then there is our outer self with a birth, place, family, culture, biography and all our conditioning. To find greater purpose and meaning, we dance between these 2 sides, creating conditions for healing, growth and depth of understanding oneself.
Using practices that soften our edges, invite imagination and re-connects to the sacredness of our form, we play within these 2 domains bridging the physical and human with our spirit.
Our lived stories, wounds and challenges when surrendered to this larger consciousness/mystery can birth insight and inner knowing.
When we understand how we can heal, we craft, cultivate and co-create our own life that does not deny or hide our lived experiences. Our human biography becomes markings of beauty, wisdom and truth. Like the Japanese art Kintsugi, the use of gold to repair broken objects, reveals a deeper narrative.
