In Winter’s darkest depths, we’re invited into a space for deep listening and renewal, rich with potential.
In this workshop, we explore the inner landscape of embodied awareness, reconnecting with the subtle, felt sense of simply being and embodied presence. This presence is the way in which we occupy space, as well as how we flow and move. Grounded in this presence, we move into spontaneous creative expression through improvised dance and reflective practices, allowing the imagination of life to unfold naturally.
