The Spring Equinox is a time of fertility, abundance, and renewal, where we begin to burst out of our winter shells and step into the light of new beginnings. Through this dance ceremony, we honour the delicate balance of growth and protection, nurturing the seeds of ideas and intentions that are ready to take form. This is a time to move with care, vitality, and joy, embracing both the excitement of expansion and the wisdom of patience. As a community we will dance & share in the power of intentional presence, honouring and celebrating this profound turning point in the year.
Dance and ceremony have long been powerful tools for transformation, especially when woven into the fabric of community. When we move together with intention, we create a space where personal shifts become collective awakenings. Through rhythm, breath, and embodied expression, we release what no longer serves us, welcome new possibilities.
