I’ll be joining six other international teachers for this exciting 3-day lab in Budapest. Together, we’ll be exploring how embodiment supports us to meet the world with integrity, resilience, and heart. Each of us brings our own thread—movement, somatic practice, performance, activism—and we’re weaving them into a rich and powerful gathering. It’s rare and deeply nourishing to be in this kind of field of shared inquiry.
